Oldcastle Glass® Acquires Fulton Windows

Santa Monica, CA – July 1, 2005 — Oldcastle Glass® has acquired Fulton Windows, a leading manufacturer of architectural-rated operable windows and curtain wall in Toronto, Canada, in June. Fulton’s products, which complement Oldcastle Glass®’ existing architectural glass, storefront and structural glass wall products, are sold internationally through a diversified network of specialized dealers and installers. The acquisition of Fulton is another step towards achieving the Oldcastle Glass® objective to become the leading provider of high-performance architectural glass and aluminum glazing systems.

About Oldcastle Glass® – Today, the designers and creators of our modern world continually push the limits of what a building is and can be. Yet project timelines shorten and buildings become more complex. At Oldcastle Glass® our response is simple: unify glass and structure to create seamless building envelope solutions. Never before has glass and structure spoken the same language so fluently. We are where glass becomes architecture.

Architectural installations in North America that feature Oldcastle Glass® include the Getty Center, the William J. Clinton Presidential Library, the Hawaii Convention Center, and Santiago Calatrava’s Sundial Bridge near Sacramento, California. Oldcastle Glass® is a subsidiary of CRH plc, the world’s third largest international building products company.
