Oldcastle BuildingEnvelopeĀ® (OBE), a CRH company, announced today it has completed the transaction to acquire certain assets and liabilities of Graham Architectural Products Company. Graham Architectural Products Company, based in York, Penn., is a nationally recognized pioneer in the fenestration industry, serving the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S.

Graham Architectural Products Company is a manufacturer of engineered, commercial, window, door, and window wall systems specializing in energy efficient, historical, blast protection and high-performance products and solutions, which is a strong complement to OBEās existing product offerings ranging from fabricated glass, architectural hardware and metal systems.
