ArmorDefend™ Plus forced-entry storefront systems are designed and tested with ArmorGarde™ or ArmorGarde™ Plus insulating glass units, which have a proprietary makeup and remain an integral part of the system after impact. ArmorDefend™ Plus storefronts are thermally broken with ArmorGarde™ or ArmorGarde™ Plus insulating glass units to deliver a complete delayed-forced-entry system.

  • We use heavier, higher velocity missiles per ASTM E1996 – the Elevated Missile Impact portion of ASTM E2395. Tested together with ArmorGarde™ and ArmorGarde™ Plus glass.
